What’s Jillian known for? Pushing you to the limit and motivating you along the way. Just when you’re reaching your breaking point, you’ll hear her saying: “You want a 20 minute workout that delivers? You’re gonna have to earn it!”
Her workouts consist of 3 levels. Do each one for about 10 days before you move on to the next. If you’re struggling, don’t feel bad – just continue with the same level for a few days before you move on.
What You Need: A towel!
If you’re bored of regular workout routines or need to have tons of fun to be motivated, this is a great video. These workouts have upbeat music and combine cardio with kickboxing at a steady rhythm. You’ll sweat in places you never thought you could and feel the burn as your body is being sculpted.

Winsor Pilates videos sculpt your body for a leaner look. Throughout the workout Mari reminds you to “connect to your core.” Your core is your tummy area. She stresses that you should be using your stomach muscles to aid the entire workout. By doing this, breathing becomes steadier and your belly muscles are shaped in record time!
